The Miracle of Enhancing Life
Is there anyone whose life has not, in some
way,
been touched by cancer? At Saint Clare’s we’re
fighting back. The Cancer Care Program at
Saint Clare’s brings together some of the area’s
top radiation and medical oncology physicians,
our state-of-the-art technology, and the outstanding
quality of care for which Saint Clare’s has
always been known.
But despite the strengths of our cancer
care program, our current inpatient facility does not
offer the physical space or provide the patientcentered
features of today’s best cancer care.
 The new, state-of-the-art inpatient center
we envision would house a private lobby/entrance for
patients and their families, an Ambulatory
Treatment Center for outpatient infusion therapies,
12 all-private inpatient suites for privacy and
family-centered care, a tea garden room, a family
resource/library center and a tranquil healing
garden. The 12 new rooms in our inpatient cancer
center will feature an ante-room for families
visiting loved ones.
